You will also establish and lead the development of a data-driven culture, including marketing data exploration, integrations, governance, and processing for external clients and internal stakeholders.
The Paid & Organic Search Consultant will work within the Ambit Studio team and report to the Studio Principal. The Paid and Organic Search Consultant will be responsible for managing all aspects of paid search campaigns (including but not limited to Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.), as well as developing and executing an organic search strategy. This person will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that campaigns meet performance goals. Additionally, the Paid and Organic Search Manager will be responsible for tracking industry trends and developments to make recommendations on how best to optimize campaigns.
The Client Strategy & Engagement Principal brings 10+ years in client services experience within healthcare, biotech or pharmaceutical marketing. Managing a team of Engagement Managers, the ideal candidate can lead client strategy engagements and supervise project execution across different communication platforms while identifying and driving new business opportunities.

In addition to planning, driving, and executing marketing efforts, this role will set cross-functional exemplary leadership for all company marketing strategies and tactics aligned with Ambit’s values and goals.
The Learning & Development Manager will work with the Ambit Leadership Team and employees to establish an overall learning & development program framework for Ambit. This role will also be instrumental in leading the creation, design, and delivery of learning and development programs for Ambit employees. In order to do this effectively the L&D Manager will be expected to assess the unique needs across various practices and functional areas within Ambit and develop tailored learning and development plans accordingly. This role will also require presentation of leaning and development programs and plans through various forms and formats and track metrics to measure success of learning and development activities to optimize over time.
The Digital Transformation Engagement Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing successful Digital Transformation projects and implementations for Biopharma customers. Team members will be cross-functional, including consulting, analytics, and tech. Key metrics will include on-time and on-budget delivery with very high customer satisfaction. Five or more years of product development and/or project management in healthcare or health tech preferred.
Ambit offers a fully remote work environment, with targeted office openings in Boston and New York by the second quarter of 2023.
